Dragon Knight is a longstanding guild founded 12/29/04 with a fun, social atmosphere and highly active raiding and mythic plus foundation.

The Guild Environment

A lot of our members have played together for many years, but don't let that prevent you from feeling like you can find a place in our community. We're very good at integrating new people into the mix and are always happy to do so! Every tier brings new faces and it is nice to see people make Dragon Knight their new "wow home."

Heroic and Mythic Raiding

Our number one goal is to progress without losing the fun factor. To facilitate this, we go into each new tier with a plan of action so we can be efficient with our time and not get bogged down by predictable circumstances. We almost always aim to start in heroic and move into mythic as soon as possible after achieving AOTC. Our heroic roster is usually open to anyone within the guild who is interested in raiding as long as they have the motivation for it and can meet the very reasonable expectations we set below. Skill-wise, we prefer to work with raiders to help get them where they need to be instead of resorting to outright cutting. As soon as we step foot into mythic, however, our expectations do increase out of necessity. This means trimming the roster down to our 20 best players for any given encounter and maintaining a solid bench.

Our basic raiding agenda:

• Strict "no toxic behavior" policy (arguing or complaining, elitism, ignoring encounter mechanics or slacking off, obsessing over meters/parses)
• Completing mythic plus dungeons for more gear and weekly vault options
• Higher minimum performance expectations out of our raiders in mythic difficulty (both numerical and mechanical)
• Gearing efficiency and guild progression emphasized over individual character development (loot council)
• Capable and proven guild members are prioritized when establishing mythic rosters each tier
• Occasional open spots for atypical invitees for farm bosses later in the tier

Mythic Plus

Beyond the requirements we set of our raiders, we have a lot of people who enjoy dungeons at all levels. If you're looking for KSM/KSH, to get your portals, or to push as high as you can, you can confidently join with a positive attitude knowing there will be likeminded players to play with at a similar skill level.
