"What a Gamer" is a tight-knit one-day Heroic raiding guild on US-Illidan, formed by a group of long-time friends who’ve raided together across multiple expansions. Our roots go back to Mists of Pandaria, and over time, we’ve coalesced into what we are today—a guild focused on Heroic raiding and high-end Mythic+ keys. We aim to clear Heroic raid tiers within a few weeks and spend the rest of our time blasting big keys. Depending on the tier, we also often kill the first few Mythic bosses with no overtime. We’re looking for mythic-skilled players who want to enjoy WoW with a more laid-back schedule.

Our guild is made up of players between the ages of 21 and 32, and we've shared countless raids and memories over the last decade. Many of us have met in real life, most recently traveling to Vegas, and we've also had meetups in California, New York, and Michigan. Outside of raid, we enjoy other games like Path of Exile, Diablo, Pummel Party, and more.

Guild Culture:
We’re not just a wow guild—we’re friends who’ve built a strong community over years of playing together. Banter, inside jokes, and memes are central to our culture, but we also bring the experience needed to perform well in-game, with many of us boasting multi-CE and high-title key experience. We don’t take ourselves too seriously—raiding and keys are about having fun while still getting things done. Our one-night-a-week Heroic raids make the most of our time, leaving plenty of room to push big keys throughout the week. When we log in, it’s all about hanging out, running keys, and enjoying WoW together.

Raid Schedule:
Wednesdays from 8-11 PM server time (CST)
Optional alt raid (held semi-regularly, typically on weekends, same as raid time).

Mythic+ Keys:
Keys are run both occasionally during the day and regularly from around 7 PM until 2-3 AM everyday.
