About us:

[Stimulated Apes] is a mythic raiding guild centered around achieving CE on a 2 day schedule. Ability to take constructive criticism/feedback on your gameplay is a must.

Raid Schedule:

Tuesday/Thursday 8:30p-12:30a EST
We do not add extra days or overtime.

What you can expect from us:

Results oriented- We don't recruit bench raiders and will bring the 20 best players for the kill, regardless of tenure or guild status. Trials can expect to be put into tough progression situations right away. This fosters a competitive environment where everyone is pushing to be better.
Experienced and passionate leadership- Leadership have been working and raiding together for years. We are always looking for ways to improve our systems and we pride ourselves on our low turnover rate of raiders.
Active recruitment and a healthy roster- Too tight of a roster is as hurtful as it is helpful, so we are always looking for talented players. However, we do not want a large roster or to replace loyal raiders just because someone comes along that does 2% more damage, and we believe player>class.
A non-toxic raid environment- Zero tolerance for sexism, racism, anti-lgbtq, raging, elitism and any generally toxic personalities or parse monkeys.
Consumables/Professions- We provide cauldrons, feasts, weapon/vantus runes, enchants and gems. There's a list of crafters in the guild that can craft anything you need.

What we expect from you:

Know your stuff- Have a deep understanding of your class, how to read your logs and where to find information you may need in order to improve.
Near perfect attendance- We understand that real life comes first. In exchange for a relaxed raiding schedule, we expect everyone to maintain 90% attendance and give sufficient notice if an absence is unavoidable. If you're liable to availability issues or a conflicting schedule, we will not be a good fit for you. Trials are expected to maintain 100% attendance-it is part of the trialing process.
Be receptive to feedback and constructive criticism- You should be able to hold yourself accountable and receive constructive criticism without taking it personally. Everyone makes mistakes and is entitled to a bad night. You must be able to discuss and learn from your mistakes.
