We're getting CE each tier on 3 day schedule, due to a slow start this tier with 2 day raiding and normal being so important, we've fallen behind, but are plowing through bosses on Mythic in a healthy progression spead.

Able to understand the message, more than the way it's said - critisicm will be given constructively, and we expect you to take it to heart, we aren't looking for blame-shifters or excuse-makers - Making mistakes is alright, as long as you learn from them.

Come prepared, enchant/food/whatever, and have checked up on bosses we're about to progress in our internal channels on Discord, and ask questions before we start - We're a 2 day guild, that means we don't use 2 hours every day talking about how Skolex looks or how Retch works.

Be sociable; While loners are alright, we are looking for a long-term thing, not a short-term vacation-girlfriend.

Be able to consistently beat people on our current roster - If you're equally good, why would we invite you when we have someone who does the same, but we already know?
