Who we are:

Vivify is made of a group of friends and former CE raiders want to raid mythic more casually on a lighter schedule. In our previous guild, we achieved CE in 4 of last 6 tiers. After achieving AotC, we will clear as far as we can into mythic as time and skill allow us in a fun and low stress raid environment. If we obtain CE, that’s awesome! If not, no worries! We value positive attitude, strong teamwork, good communications, commitment, and transparency.

What to Expect From US:

• Passionate and driven leadership with prior CE experience
• Fun, relaxed but constructive raid environment
• Constructive feedback both in and outside of raid in order to foster growth both as an individual and as a guild

What We Expect From You:

• Prior mythic raiding experience is preferred, but not a requirement
• Positive attitude: We value players that are respectful, mature, and have integrity. We will not tolerate toxic or disrespectful individuals. We want team-orientated players who value the guild’s overall success over chasing own parses or personal gain.
• Self improvement: Everyone has room for improvement. We want players who are willing to take and give constructive criticism from and to others. We want players that are motivated to seek to be better.
• Preparation: 25% of obtaining CE is having a thorough understanding the encounter. We want players who show up to raid, already having a good understanding of the fight to save time and wipes.
• Great attendance: The hardest boss is the roster boss. It is paramount that people show up to all our raids. We understand IRL stuff happen and people have time off. If you can’t make raid, please let the officers know as soon as possible and give advanced notice. It is extremely difficult to make any significant progression if people are consistently absent or late. It is also very rude and disrespectful to waste other people’s time.
