About the Guild

Tiwaz is a new guild born out of the original leadership of Off Meta on Area 52. With a solid 8x CE core, our raid is set to blast in The War Within. We are looking for players looking to push themselves in raid and have a good time doing it.

Progression raid days and times

• Wednesday - 8 - 11 EST
• Thursday - 8 - 11 EST
• Monday - 8 - 11 EST

Farm/Fated raid days and times

• Wednesday - 8 - 11 EST
• Thursday - 8 - 11 EST

Sales runs will be mandatory and will occur on one of our scheduled raid nights during farm/fated schedule.

Expectations from Raiders

1. Members will be expected to play at least two specs of one class or one spec of two classes at minimum, whatever you enjoy more.
2. Members will be expected to maintain a level-headed demeanor and speak to each other as adults. Foster an environment of bringing others up, instead of putting them down.
3. Raiders will be expected to maintain 90%+ attendance.
4. Raiders will be expected to fully understand encounters before pulling the boss.

Loot rules

Gear will be LC and eligible players will role for item based of (in order of priority):

1. Guild Rank (officers == raiders)
2. Attendance
3. Skill
4. Effort Outside Raid
5. % Upgrade

Please Note: If you have great attendance but you aren't doing well and don't get your vault done weekly, you wont win gear over someone who you have a slightly better attendance percentage.

Cosmetic items (mog / mounts) will be roled out based solely off raid rank:

1. Officers
2. GM == Raiders
3. Trials

Trial Period

Trials will last roughly one month. During this time, it is extremely important to integrate yourself within the community. It is important you prove yourself in raids but if you are already trialing here, you likely have shown in logs you can hang with the group skill wise
