Ready to take on Azeroth's greatest foes while being part of a supportive and inclusive community? Crash At Midnight is looking for dedicated players of all classes and roles. Currently, we have a particular need for melee DPS, tanks, and healers.

Who We Are

Crash At Midnight is a semi-hardcore, LGBT+ friendly guild of gamers and cool cats committed to creating an environment where everyone can thrive. Our goal for Mythic Raid is to earn the Cutting Edge accomplishment for more than 20 of our raiders, without losing sight of what makes the game fun. The primary tenets we stand by as a guild are:

• Inclusivity. Beyond the fact we're LGBT+ friendly, we want to involve as many people as we can into the Mythic Raiding experience. For this to happen, everyone on our team is on the same page with our rotating roster and expectations for performance.
• Transparency & Communication. While we do have an officer chat to coordinate boring bookkeeping things, all other channels of communication are open for everyone and you're encouraged to contribute to the conversation. Officers will always strive to answer your questions plainly, and everyone gets to have a say on important guild decisions.
• Efficiency. We raid only 5 hours a week. We make the most of it by staying organized, being on time, and putting in the effort outside of scheduled raid times in order to obtain knowledge and optimize ourselves.

Raid Schedule

• Wednesdays & Thursdays (Mythic Prog): 9:30 PM - 12:00 AM PST
• Mondays (Optional Heroic/AotC Focus): 9:30 PM - 12:00 AM PST
• Optional raid nights for Heroic content and Mythic+ dungeons

Expectations

• Be on time and prepared for raids. Alongside Discord for comms, our necessary addons include BigWigs, WeakAuras, and RC Loot Council.
• Stay updated with strategies and class/spec knowledge. Be open and hungry for feedback, especially from officers.
• Participate in weekly Mythic+ dungeons or optional raid nights to keep active with progression.
• Most importantly, maintain a positive attitude and be a contributor to the good vibes!
